Banquets Service Experts was founded in 2018 by a group of hospitality professionals with more than 80 years of combined experience. That includes tenures at the Ritz Carlton, St. Regis, Mandarin Oriental, Carillon, Loews, Colonnade, Sheraton Bal Harbour, Westin Diplomat and W Hotels, in diverse positions, such as Director of Banquets, Director of Food & Beverage, Director of Outlets, Stewarding Manager, Opening Team and Consulting. Our humble beginnings and successful careers in the industry, put us in a position of being able to transmit all the intricacies of each position, both from a perspective of the associate on the field, the management, ownership and the guest.
